Ground Beef Chili Burritos

Simple meals that are hearty enough for my hubs seem to come far and few between.
He likes all things meat...so when he told me about these super easy burritos a guy from his work had brought in, I knew I had to make them.
We've made them a couple times since he first told me about them, and they really are almost simpler than my slow-cooker burritos with beef tips.
I didn't think anything could be as easy as those.
And best of all...our daughter even likes these! That is a total win at our house!!

The hubs has since made these using ground elk meat and he really liked them. So change up the meat and I'm sure it'll taste good no matter what you use!

Ground Beef Chili Burritos

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can Wolf-Brand chili (with beans or without)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (we use the Velveeta brand)
8 tortilla shells

Preheat oven to 375.
Brown the ground beef and add the onions when the beef is no longer pink.
Continue to cook until the onions are tender.
Drain excess fat.
Spoon meat out evenly among the tortilla shells.
Add shredded cheese in each shell before rolling.
Place shell, seam side down, in a baking dish.
Spread 1 can of the chili over the top of the burritos.
Bake, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Add shredded cheese and continue to cook a few more minutes until melted.
