Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies

So if you tried my previous post about Cake Mix Rice Crispy Treats, then you most likely have some leftover box cake mix and don't know what to do with it.
The perfect, quickest, easiest and best tasting suggestion is some yellow cake mix chocolate chip cookies! YUMMM!! Moist, delicious, and probably not a bit nutritious!

Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies
Remaining yellow box cake mix (entire box minus 3/4 cup...if using a whole box, this recipe will still work)
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°
Combine cake mix, baking powder, oil and eggs until everything is well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon into large teaspoonfuls or tablespoonfuls depending on your size preference.
Place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Remove from oven, cool on cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.

Let cool and enjoy with a glass of milk, trust me...you'll need the milk :)
