Yes, really. This comes together almost too quickly. The first time I had it, I couldn't place my finger on the simplicity of it that gave it it's flavor.
Almond bark? No.
What's that chewy deliciousness? Caramel, yes.
Okay, you get the idea. This comes together quick. Tastes awesome, and makes quite a bit!
I used to get caramels and cut them up for this. But that way time-consuming and since I started making this they now make the caramel baking bits, which work perfect for this. And saves a bunch of time and a nasty knife!

2 cups pretzel sticks or mini
2 cups corn or rice Chex cereal
1 cup salted peanuts
11oz bag caramel baking bits
12oz bag white chocolate chips
Melt the white chocolate over the stove or in the microwave.
Add the pretzels, Chex, peanuts and caramel to the white chocolate and stir until everything is well coated.
Pour out onto wax paper or foil lined counter top to let cool.
Break apart and store in an airtight container.
