BBQ Chicken in the Crock Pot
Prep: 5 minutes Cook Time: 3-4 hours Servings: approx 5
4-5 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts (other cuts can be used as well, this is what I always use)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
Red pepper flakes to taste, about 1/2 tsp (only because it is my husband's favorite seasoning)
Place chicken in crock pot.
Mix together BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
Pour over the chicken.
Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
Serve with a side of rice or potatoes for a hearty easy meal. Enjoy!
